Our client is a major regional player of snack, confectionery and beverage drinks carrying strong brand name in its home country. With a workforce of over 500 and operating 24/7, it requires the services of a highly competent technical professional with strong people management skills to lead its factory operation.
FACTORY MANAGER
(Cibitung - Bekasi)
Responsibilities:
· Directly supervise 3 Production Managers operating the company’s main production lines.
· Administers and enforces the company’s manufacturing policies and procedures to ensure that company objectives on production volume and schedule, manufacturing cost and quality are achieved.
· Develops and implements improvements in manufacturing methods, techniques and procedures.
· Coordinates with different organizational units regarding product quality, process development, production standards, repairs and maintenance, and sales commitments.
· Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
· Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Male, at least 40 years old, minimum Bachelor’s degree in related technical field.
· Minimum 10 years in a FMCG manufacturing environment and in-depth knowledge of production processes of the food, beverage and confectionary industries.
· Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
· English fluency, excellent communication, leadership and inter-personal skills.
· Strong industrial relations experience and ability to deal with the labor union.
Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
