Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming outgoing calls
- Do administrative duties
- Greet guest
- Arrange manage meeting room
- Hotel booking
- Taxi booking
- Office maintenance
- Help admin coordinator in obtaining multiple business visa for expat staffs
Requirements:
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in related position (Customer Service / Call Center / Receptionist / etc)
- Good communication skill
- Good in English (written spoken)
- Service oriented
- Willing to learn
